This report is made to know about the efforts that we made on Texas Safety Supply to get ranking and increase traffic , the challenges we faced during this period & how we faced them ?

Problem (Pain Area of the project)

• Ranking was not too Good (most of the keywords were not found and some of the keywords are on 3 & 4th page).
• Get rank for our main keywords like oilfield gloves, oilfield work gloves, north respirator parts, roughneck oilfield gloves, oil field impact gloves.
• Get free traffic from search engines like Google.

How we solved the problem

• We made changes in the content on many pages of the website
• Increase keyword density in the content
• We have fixed many on-site errors
• For gaining traffic, we took the help of Guest posts & other off-page activities.
• Get free links on high-traffic websites.
• Guest post on relevant blogs
• Optimized meta tags, Image alt tags and h1 Tags
• We have fixed lot’s of 404 errors
• The website url structure was not seo friendly. We made them seo friendly and proper optimize.
• The website did not has HTML & XML sitemap. We created both and implemented on the website.
• Website Speed was low and we have increased it.
• We are posting blog on the website reqularly.

Challenges Being Faced

We implemented the right changes, but ended up rolling them back after having second thoughts.

Outcome

We was able get rank on first page for many keywords within three months. See below google doc link for the keywords list and their positions.

We have increased the traffic around 63.51% within three months.
