Minxnails enjoys a considerable shift in its traffic inflow by getting its website redesigned from a corporate website to fashion portal.

Objective

Minxnails, approached us for a complete face lift of its website. This US based salon has newly added many novel services and products to its website, which it wanted to launch among its local & international professional customers and Minx Fans, in a complete new way. The client wanted its website to get more dynamic, so that customers would be able to have a better understanding of the products and can also do online buying. Being a fashion related website, the client wanted a complete look transformation, which could make its website more appealing by defining fashion in a new way. However, the client just didn’t want a website but an interactive and professional yet aesthetically designed platform for themselves, at which users can participate, yet it should be conveniently manageable by the admin.

Process

A proper conceptualization and right execution was the most important thing to be considered in this case. Hence, our designers were assigned with the task of coming out with an unmatched design. We developed the website using technologies like, ASP.Net 3.5, SQL Server 2008, jQuery, AJAX, CSS, HTML, Java Script, Flash Animation, Action Script Development, Content Management System Setup, etc. Through Data migration task, we transferred all the data from the clients’ earlier website to the newly developed website. Then, we performed Custom Programming and implemented the text and pictures provided by client. Finally through Cross Browser Optimization, we optimized their website for Browsers – IE 6 XP, IE 7 XP, IE 7 and IE 8 Vista, Firefox MAC. Further, to enhance the convenience of the admin, we enriched the website using various added features, such as Complex Price Tier management by user group wise, T-HUB; integration for accounting inventory; Inventory Third party Integration with T Hub to QuickBooks; shipping labels; QA and Testing of Custom Programming. We also did content editing and added new contents to the website in compliance to the newly added images and features. We also integrated their website with the Google map, so that their saloons get a representation in the Google map.

We are glad that customers have achieved the desired results. We successfully transformed their corporate website into a fashion portal, which has attracted more traffic. Apart from this, we successfully served the clients with the following results:
